Pradella was seeking to innovate within their showroom spaces to deliver information for prospective buyers in the most efficient and interactive way possible. Recognised as a leader in the innovation space for housing design for over 50’s, Pradella’s Seachange Lifestyle Resorts have three Gold Coast locations and two further QLD locations in planning. Pradella engaged CV Media & Signage to integrate digital elements into the sales office of their new Riverside Coomera Resort; ensuring the sales office as a first brand touch point for customers reflects the benchmark for their resorts in progressive innovation and architectural design.
The showroom displays two interactive 43” screens, showcasing all the necessary resort information. With fully customised content from CV Media & Signage’s in house graphic designers, customers have the freedom to discover the location, home designs, site map and videos. Experiencing the freedom of choice at their fingertips, customers can view different floor plans, layouts and designs, with the interactive digital comparison tool allowing it to all be visually represented at the touch of a button.
The Pradella team has been impressed with the delivery and customisation of the touch screens and their ability to enhance the overall sales space. The flexibility of the touch screens allows for autonomous or assisted exploration of the resort and ease of changing and updating content when necessary.
