At Auswide Bank, it’s the small things that make a big difference. Originating as a local community bank over 50 years ago, Auswide Bank has grown to provide an extensive range of personal and business products and services with branches throughout Queensland. CV Media & Signage’s partnership with Auswide Bank began in 2017 when CV took over the management of their existing network of digital displays.

Prior to CV’s management, Auswide Bank had limited visibility of their digital network which included window screens and a variety of video walls and single screens. Since 2017, CV have worked closely with Auswide Bank
under an agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). The banks network is monitored daily by CV’s technical support team with any issue in connectivity or screen outage monitored and reported. A quarterly maintenance check is carried out with each branch physically visited by a CV technician. Following this, a report is generated on the health of each screen, media player and modem which is documented and submitted to Auswide Bank’s Asset Management team.

CV are proud to install any new digital displays alongside the physical branding signage at each branch. Internal and external static signage manufactured and installed by CV includes; lightboxes; wall graphics; ATM graphics; branded privacy frosting; fabricated illuminated letter sets; and custom branded digital screen mounts.

CV Media & Signage also assisted Auswide Bank with the AV fit out of their Brisbane head office. This included the supply and installation of 90 computer monitors; boardroom control system; and four meeting room video conference and collaboration systems.
