A fortune 500 company, JLL has close to 300 corporate offices, operations in over 80 countries and a global workforce of more than 77,000. In Brisbane, JLL has two locations, with its offices at Milton and in the CBD being highly visible in the Brisbane market.
With their relocation to Milton, JLL were offered the building ID rights as part of the tenancy agreement. CV Media & Signage worked closely with the JLL team to design and deliver fabricated and illuminated brand signage that would capitalise on its Coronation Drive prime location.
The team provided professional advice and options on the manufacture and installation of the signage needs, while at the same time working closely with building management to ensure the delivery of the signage was in line with strict guidelines. Following the successful installation at Milton, the CV Media & Signage team were awarded the contract to deliver JLL’s Adelaide and Brisbane CBD fabricated sky signage.
All of these projects required an integrated solution range from concept through to completion. With a proven history and well-developed knowledge of delivering signage in high risk environments, the team managed the entire process including design documents, artwork proofs, manufacturing processes, council permits and approvals, road management and footpath closures, electrical connection and engineering certification. From design through to installation, each element of the project had to be handled diligently to minimize risk and maximize safety.

Further to the external building and sky sign works, the team manufactured and delivered the fabricated and illuminated branded signage for the JLL reception in the Brisbane CBD. The installation required careful management to ensure minimal disruptions to the existing internal structures and the operational environment.
CV Media & Signage successfully completed the manufacture and installation of fabricated sky signage for JLLs Milton, Adelaide CBD and Brisbane CBD locations. The team developed the signs in fully compliance with strict building guidelines whilst, at the same time, navigating a number of challenges presented throughout the project. Through careful planning and management, the signage was safely delivered in line with the client’s vision.
