Australian Outdoor Sign Company (AOSCo) was founded in 2018 to provide maximum exposure for advertisers on a premium digital billboard in strategic high impact locations. CV Media & Signage were engaged by AOSCo to design, engineer, manufacture and install the next digital billboard for their network. Located in Mt Gravatt, Brisbane, the 7-metre-wide and 12-metre-tall digital billboard is the only one of its kind in the area with an average of 57,000 vehicles travelling on the road each day. The P6 LED screen within the billboard is 6-metre-wide and 8-metre high providing high resolution, fantastic exposure for brands.

Secure Parking deliver user friendly parking facilities across major cities in Australia and New Zealand. Ensuring customer service is their number one priority, Secure have been continually evolving and innovating within the parking space to remain as one of Australia’s market leaders. Due to the large number of parking facilities, challenging traffic conditions and accessibility, Secure have implemented LED screens into a selection of their Brisbane CBD and Sydney CBD locations. Situated at the car park entrances, the screens allow for a more eye catching and engaging communication tool, beneficial for the use of Secure and surrounding businesses. The fine pitch LED screen provides a multi-purpose platform to inform customers of their location, offer information around their car park and the ability to integrate advertising.

Murrumba Downs Tavern is one of Brisbane’s largest hospitality establishments, situated in the northern Brisbane regions. The tavern offers a sports bar, restaurant, function rooms, bottle store and events and gaming facilities. As a new building, in a central location, the tavern was looking to engage signage that would deliver strong static and digital messages. A double sided 2160 mm x 2160 mm LED display was integrated within the pylon for Murrumba Downs Tavern. The sign is large, bright with the ability to interchange digital messages combined with the continuity of the static messages.

South Bank Corporation is the development and management authority of Brisbane’s most iconic riverfront destination. The CV Media & Signage team were engaged by South Bank Corporation to provide a progressive visual solution for their carpark. Moving away from purely static signage, the precinct was keen to integrate digital options that would work well in an outdoor environment. The Media & Signage team were able to design and deliver an innovative customised parking signage solution that integrates static and digital.

The University of Queensland (UQ) is one of Australia’s leading research and teaching institutions. CV Media & Signage installed an LED screen on the corner of Coronation Drive and High Street, for use by UQ in aid of their different campaigns. The off-site signage has prime real estate in a high density traffic area, whilst also located close enough to the university that it can be leveraged for wayfinding and event marketing. Due to the sign being digital, it can be updated in real time with ease, offering a far more flexible signage solution.

Brisbane City Council regulates vehicle parking in Brisbane and operates two car parks in the CBD; King George Square and Wickham Terrace. CV Media & Signage were engaged by Brisbane City Council to digitally transform the King George Square car park with two outdoor LED displays, variable rate boards and a digital screen for the carpark foyer. The content can be both proactive and reactive for the city environment, with traffic and parking conditions consistently changing. The LED allows for highlighting cheaper rates in slower periods or up to date space availability in busier periods.

Melbourne Airport is Australia’s busiest 24/7 airport, with over 36 million passengers transiting through in FY18. The year also saw the addition of six new airlines and six new destinations. This growth, together with forward projections in handling capacity needs has seen the demand for the airports integrated technology to be intelligently designed, forward thinking and future proofed. Digital signage plays a key role in Melbourne Airports system for the future, with the recent addition of two new LED’s. These 2.88-meter by 0.96-meter and 2.88-meter-by-1.22-meter screens are situated in heavily trafficked walkway areas, navigating customers to and from key checkpoints, including the car parks, check in desks and gates. The fine pitch LED allows for a crisp image to not only display relevant and informative passenger content and wayfinding information but also has the capacity for targeted internal and external advertising opportunities.
