2004
Neil Cox Signs
Andrew McMaster and Ed Phelan establish an investment group and acquire Neil Cox Signs, a small signage business with 14 employees and an annual turnover of $1.8 million.
2006
Cox Visuals Rebrands to CV Corp
Renamed Cox Visuals (Signage Solutions) in 2005, the company relocated from Elliot Road, Banyo, to a 18,000 sq. ft. facility on Nudgee Road, Banyo, and underwent another rebrand to CV Corp (Complete Signage Solutions). This move marked the beginning of our investment in large-format printing technology.
2008
CV Services Group Established
John Love Electrical, Nathan Electrical & Nathan Construction acquired and rebranded to CV Services Group. Our vision at the time was to offer an integrated range of trade services from a business that is big enough to matter but still small enough to offer the right level of tailored customer service.
2010
Sydney Expansion
CV Media & Signage established a Sydney office, further strengthening our national presence.
2011
Sugarmill Road
CV Signage Solutions expanded operations with a move to a state-of-the-art 4,000 sqm facility on Sugarmill Road. This upgrade provided ample factory and office space, supporting increased production capacity and fostering future growth opportunities.
2013
Melbourne Expansion
CV Signage Solutions expanded its reach with the establishment of a Melbourne office in Port Melbourne, enhancing our ability to deliver high-quality signage solutions to clients across Victoria.
2015
CV Media & Design Established
CV Media & Design was established at Grevillea Place, Hendra, with a dedicated team focused on advancing our digital signage offerings. This strategic move underscored our commitment to delivering innovative and tailored digital solutions to clients.
2017
Brisbane HQ
All four CV Services Group businesses relocate to the Brisbane HQ in Hendra, consolidating four locations into one. CV Signage Solutions and CV Media & Design merge to become CV Media & Signage, offering a fully integrated static and digital signage solution.
2024
Celebrating 20 Years
In 2024, we celebrated 20 years since our journey began in 2004 as a small signage business with just 14 team members. Over two decades, we’ve grown into a group of four core businesses, now with a team of over 900 and offices across the east coast of Australia. This milestone is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone who has been part of our journey.
