The Project
Gap Development Sales approached CV Media & Signage with the aim of integrating digital elements into their marketing mix for their Kirra Beach residential project, The Iconic. Launching their campaign in April 2016, Gap Developments sought strategic location based marketing techniques to utilise local spaces to sell the laid-back Kirra lifestyle as part of the landmark development. In keeping with the modern look and feel of the building, Gap Development Sales was looking to utilise digital technology as an engaging and innovative advertising medium.
CV Media & Signage delivered three 55” indoor digital kiosks to market The Iconic building in the Kirra shopping centre, The Strand. The clarity and brightness of the clean digital design enabled The Iconic advertisements and art work to really pop in the space.
The artwork pairs pastel colours with scenic location shots, informative content and stylised renders that can be easily interchanged using the digital sign technology. Managed via any internet enabled device, Gap Development Sales have the ability to change their messages in accordance with the time of day and traffic through the shopping precinct. The solution works well as it eliminates print advertising and allows numerous visual images to be used in telling a story as opposed to choosing just one.
It was great to work alongside Gap Development Sales for The Iconic marketing campaign in Kirra. Choosing to step in the digital direction has been the natural response for Gap, as they stay ahead of the marketing curve and the rapid integration digital has seen in the real estate space.
