The Project

To enhance their in-store experience, Rodney Clark engaged CV Media & Signage, in collaboration with Mission Technology, to implement digital solutions that would unify and elevate their physical and digital customer interactions. As part of a trial, digital upgrades were introduced at two locations: Harbour Town and Indooroopilly. This project included 55” displays positioned behind the customer service desk and in window displays to capture the attention of passing shoppers. In outdoor-facing stores, high-brightness screens were installed to maintain visibility in natural light.

These digital integrations bridge Rodney Clark’s physical stores with their online space, creating a seamless and dynamic shopping experience. By synchronising in-store campaigns with online promotions, Rodney Clark has successfully boosted engagement and visibility across multiple channels. Central to this transformation is CV Media & Signage’s content management system, Fusion, equipped with a new tagging feature that streamlines content management. Rodney Clark can now upload content to a single playlist, tagging specific states or stores to deliver tailored promotions and messages to the right audiences in real time.

Following the success at Harbour Town and Indooroopilly, CV Media & Signage has expanded the rollout to 12 additional stores nationwide. Each location features custom-designed, locally manufactured 55” kiosks, powder-coated in white and branded with the Rodney Clark logo for a cohesive, modern aesthetic.
