Sydney Business Park, located in the North West region of Marsden Park, is a central hub for the future growth of industry and the local economy. Spanning 256 hectares, this privately owned, master-planned estate aims to become the largest employment area in Sydney’s booming North West, with plans to deliver over 17,000 jobs. Sydney Business Park’s innovative design accommodates a mix of land uses, including large format retail, commercial offices, industrial areas, and medium-density residential zones.

The Project
Sydney Business Park sought to create a cohesive visual identity across its expansive development. With the presence of major brands like ASICS Oceania, Garmin, TJX Australia, and more, the client required a high-quality, consistent signage package that reflected the park’s innovative spirit and aligned with individual tenant branding needs. The primary challenge was to ensure continuity and consistency in the look and feel of the signage across the business park, considering the diversity in tenant requirements and building types.
CV Media & Signage was contracted by Sydney Business Park to develop a comprehensive signage package that included the initial installation of five multi-tenant pylon signs, each standing at 12 metres tall. These pylons, custom manufactured in our Brisbane facility, were designed to blend seamlessly into the park’s aesthetic while maintaining a clean, modern appearance.
Building on the success of the pylon signs, Sydney Business Park further engaged us to deliver a range of signage solutions for its various tenants, including building signs, illuminated letter sets, and directional signs. Our approach was centered around ensuring the continuity of the park’s visual identity while catering to the unique branding needs of each tenant.
This included:
Tenant Building Signs and Illuminated Lettersets: For companies such as TJX, Kumho Tyres, Garmin, and Spirax Sarco, we designed and installed both large, high-visibility building signs and illuminated letter sets. These elements were crafted to maximise brand impact and visibility, ensuring they were both functional and aesthetically pleasing while maintaining uniformity across the park.
Directional Signage: Customised directional signs were developed specifically for tenant spaces throughout the park, guiding visitors to individual businesses while maintaining brand continuity.
Marsden Park Trade & Service Centre: This development required a diverse signage package that included two large building signs, five major tenant signs, and five minor tenant signs. These signs were strategically placed to ensure visibility and brand presence for tenants within the trade and service centre, providing both guidance and prominence for their businesses.
