Their most well-known brand, Red Rooster, has been operating in Australia for 40 years and has over 360 restaurants nationwide. Always at the forefront of the market, Craveable Brands continually look to innovate in their restaurants to ensure the best service and customer experience.
The CV Media & Signage team have been working closely with Red Rooster for a number of years in the delivery of the external brand signage and internal progression to digital menu boards. The team has delivered the signs for over 150 stores nationwide and has been on hand in the critical points of the Red Rooster brand evolution including the installations for new stores and upgrades for existing stores.
Signage – our team manufactured and delivered the external building fascia and varying pylon signage. For optimum recognition and maximum impact, the signs were built to include LED illumination. Due to the varying nature of the sites and store specs, the team conducted comprehensive on-site audits and all signage was customised to fit the buildings with the inclusions of pylon signage for selected sites. As the branding has changed and evolved, the team has worked with Red Rooster to ensure all signage fully complies with brands rigorous style guides.
Media – the market trends in the quick service restaurant industry has seen meal times merge and customers seeking flexibility in their ordering options. Fast food can no longer rely on traditional rigid meal times as the world moves towards 24 hour operations. Red Rooster found their static menu’s required extensive planning and lacked flexibility in changing both the visual presentation and content to respond to this changing trend. They were seeking a digital alternative to allow real time change, adaptability and updates for their menu content to fit in with the changing needs of their customer base.
CV Media & Signage integrated digital technologies into Red Roosters menu boards to deliver flexibility across their presentation options. Employing a range of initiatives to grow sales, increase brand relevancy and build customer advocacy, digital menu boards were a key enabler for Red Rooster to successfully execute these initiatives and engage their customers. Digital menu boards fit the nature of the quick service restaurant due to their ability to trade across all times of the day including breakfast, lunch and dinner and the transitional periods in between. With the ability to control, change and activate the content in real time, the digital menu boards perfectly fit the progressive nature of the quick service restaurant industry and its customers.
Craveable Brands continues to engage the CV Media & Signage team for the delivery of their stores visual solutions. The partnership is ongoing with the work also extending to their Oporto brand. Recognised for their work, the team was proud to receive the Golden Egg award for Property Supplier of the Year in 2016.
