Scentre Group manages, develops and has ownership interest in Westfield branded shopping centres throughout Australia and New Zealand. With 41 centres, the brand has grown to hold around 11,500 retailers, with a vision to connect with consumers and create unique shopping experiences by integrating food, entertainment and leading retail brands.
CV Media & Signage were recently engaged by Scentre Group to deliver a range of internal and external bespoke signage for the new Westfield at Coomera. As well as the iconic red ‘Westfield’ lettering, the signs we delivered included;
Designed to reflect the active, social and coastal lifestyle of the community, Coomera has a relaxing, friendly and family-orientated vibe. Integrating the indoors with the outdoors, the look and feel is reflected through the bespoke signage including wayfinding fashioned with wooden oars and timber slats. CV Media & Signage’s full production team was required to pull out all the stops for this large-scale delivery. Our teams from metal fabrication, router, acrylic fabrication, paint, vinyl, assembly and dispatch were all on deck to ensure on time and on spec delivery of the signage.
As part of their upgrades, Scentre Group have been increasing the integration of technology into their centres, ensuring they remain on the front foot for innovation and function. Parking remains a key point of customer service and ensuring the car parks run at optimum efficiency is paramount. CV Media & Signage’s outdoor digital kiosks were developed to deliver key parking messages, integrate with entry and exit technology, and ensure a strong focus on customer service and experience. The technology allows Scentre Group to control their car parks and easily interchange and update pricing and artwork via their own content management systems. The solution is easily adapted and integrated to service the needs of each car park, with the technology currently being utilised in centres across Australia.
