LGIA Super has been delivering superannuation services to local government employees for over 50 years. In June 2017, they progressed to welcoming members from non-government employees. Whilst the fund continues to grow it prides itself on being trusted, reliable and understanding. In a brand evolution, LG Super became LGIA Super, with a consequent nationwide rebrand program.
Having worked with the brand before, the CV Media & Signage team was contracted for the removal, manufacture and installation of their updated Brisbane CBD sky sign. The update included delivering state of the art illumination using a combination of green LED and vinyl to ensure vivid lighting throughout the logo.
The sky sign was carefully designed to ensure a premium-grade product was produced in terms of both durability and overall visual appeal. Several differing variables were considered during the design and prototyping phases to ensure the sign was effective from varying distances and locations. Crucial to the build was the LED integration and ensuring the light was suitable for the application while providing the correct colour match for the logo.
The nature of the project required several challenges to be navigated to ensure the safest environment for a successful installation. Due to the height and location, the team had to ensure;

CV Media & Signage successfully removed and reinstalled the updated sky sign with a new and improved look. With clear luminosity at night and during day, it is much more suited to the building and the Brisbane skyline.
