Based on the Sunshine Coast, and with sites throughout regional Queensland, the team has the capability and capacity to deliver civil infrastructure projects across a variety of sectors. With over 500 site and office based employees, their internal communication program is an important driver of their overall company culture.
Shadforths were looking for the best way to engage their teams and build pride in their work over different sites and locations. Their projects lent themselves to a number of video opportunities and they were looking for the best way to leverage that through internal communications as well as their external channels.
CV Media & Signage delivered a digital corporate communications solution for Shadforths to help showcase their projects, and deliver important employee information and updates within their office. Located in the head office, the digital screen provides a space for video, images and content that can be easily integrated into the office environment and changed in real time.
The internal communication channel provides a positive point of contact for office staff, site staff and external visitors to understand what is happening across the company and engender pride in the work they are doing. The Shadforths team were trained by us on the content management system to ensure that they could manage and update their own content anytime, anywhere.
